Who I Am and What I Do

I'm a fully qualified, insured and experienced complementary therapist interested in helping people overcome health challenges, whether that be due to injury, stress or long term health conditions. I bring a depth of compassion and empathy to my work that enables me to remain non-judgemental. Every session is tailor-made and unique, taking into account age, lifestyle factors, mobility and personal goals. My aim is to work with you to identify and address root causes of health issues.

My background has been working in the NHS on the frontline of adult social care, located in a mental health daycare centre, GP surgeries and other health and environmental settings in London and the Thames Valley. This experience of supporting people with physical and emotional health conditions has given me strong insight into the value of early intervention.

I offer individual sessions in a number of Massage therapies (including Deep Tissue and Sports massage), Clinical Reflexology, and Energy Balancing techniques including Sound therapy. All these therapies work on an emotional, mental, and physical level at the same time.

My clinics are in Marlow (at the Marlow Club), Burnham (at the Positivity Centre, Nashdom Lane), and Beaconsfield (House of Klamer, Penn Road).
