Who I Am and What I Do

I'm a multi disciplined sound and body therapist, independent researcher in the field archeoacoustics and member of SB research group. I am passionate about helping people to overcome health challenges, whether that be due to injury, stress or emotional conditions like anxiety. I bring a depth of compassion and empathy to my work that enables me to remain non-judgemental. Every session is tailor-made and unique, taking into account age, lifestyle factors, mobility and personal goals. My aim is to work with you to identify and address root causes of any wellbeing issues.

My background has been working in the NHS on the frontline of adult social care, settings included GP surgeries, and mental health. With almost 20 years experience of supporting people with physical and emotional health conditions, I have gained insight into the value of early intervention as well as sound mitigation strategies. Indeed it was sound that helped me to overcome my own PTSD, hence my passion for studying it and integrating it into most of my treatments.

I offer individual sessions in a number of Massage therapies (including Sports, Remedial, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue and Lymphatic Drainage), Reflexology, and Biofield Tuning Sound Therapy. I am passionate about therapies that work on an emotional, mental, and physical level at the same time, which led to me training with sound pioneer Eileen McKusick in Biofield Tuning sound therapy. I have spoken at international conferences and local events, and offer workshops and talks on a number of topics including, the human Biofield, intention, electric health and archeoacoustics

My clinics are located at the Marlow Club, Marlow; Alevia Clinic, Cressex and Nailtalk, Burnham.
I offer day time and evening and Saturday appointments.
